A healthy snack: Energy Bites - The Bikini Promise

Little bombs of energy that you can bake and keep in an airtight container for up to 6 days. Perfect for healthy snacking on the go!
Ingredients:
50g hazelnuts, chopped
50g sunflower seeds, chopped
50g dried apricots, chopped
50g raisins
15g soft dark brown sugar
50g oats
50g granary brown flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp apple juice

Mix all the ingredients together and form into small balls. Bake at 180˚C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown
